9. GREEn ACRES: To the extent that there is generalized mention of some $2.1 million (more or less) of Green Acres funding potentially placed at risk if discussions with Green Acres are suspended about a substitution of acres in Ventnor West for the unauthorized demolition of the former Ventnor Ice Rink which had been funded by Green Acres and was listed on ROSI, this OPRA further seeks the following itemized list of public information from the CFO:

Past amounts from Green Acres which might be subjected to a demand for a refund from Ventnor to the G. A. Program,  or future amounts anticipated from Green Acres which comprise budgetary projections.
